DENVER BREW TOUR FAQ’S
WHERE DO THE BREWERY TOURS START?
Bus Brewery Tours – We pick you up! Brewery bus tours pick up and drop off locations are up to you. Your own private party bus will pull up to your home, hotel, AirBnB, or any location in the Denver Metro Area.

WHEN SHOULD I BE THERE?
Brew tour start times vary as the majority of our tours are custom.
Bus Brewery Tours – Private bus brewery tours start as early as 10:30 am! A party bus will pull up to your location approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. It is generally a good idea to have your crew ready to board 15 minutes before your pickup.
Walking Brewery Tours – Most walking tours start at 1PM (Saturdays) and 5PM (on Weekdays). Please try to arrive at Berkeley Alley Beer Co approximately 15 minutes before your brew tour starts.
HOW LONG IS A DENVER BREW TOUR?
Bus Brewery Tours – Our private bus brew tours are generally 5 or 6 hours (pickup to drop-off). Custom length tours can be requested!
Walking Brewery Tours – Average tour time is approximately 3 hours.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and dress according to the weather! The saying goes, if you don’t like the weather then wait 15 minutes in Colorado so be prepared for a weather change.
Other Recommendations:
-It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes.
-Feel free to bring snacks, but most breweries do have snacks available for purchase or complimentary snacks!
-Please bring a mask! Current COVID-19 restrictions vary and some breweries may require face coverings unless seated.
HOW MANY CRAFT BREWERIES CAN WE VISIT?
Bus Brewery Tours – That is totally up to you! You pick the amount of time and number of breweries you want on our custom tours. Generally we recommend going for one brewery per hour. You should be able to fit it 5 breweries in a 5 hour tour depending on the proximity of the breweries you choose.
Walking Brewery Tours – On our walking tours we visit 3 breweries.
I DON’T KNOW THE BREWERIES IN DENVER VERY WELL!
No worries! Denver Metro Area craft breweries are our specialty! Let us plan a tour that will be perfect for your group and your tastes. Simply let our guide know what type of beer you like and let us handle the rest.
IS BEER AND FOOD INCLUDED?
Bus Brewery Tours – Beer & food is not included in our custom bus brewery tours. A cooler with bottled water and ice is included. Please inquire at time of booking if you would like to include the cost of beer in your Denver Brew Tour experience.
Walking Brewery Tours – Walking brewery tours include a flight of tasters at three different breweries.
DO YOU EVER CANCEL YOUR TOURS?
Vary rarely, only in instances of unforeseen weather.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN COME?
Bus Brewery Tours – We can provide group transportation for parties up to 14 on each party bus. Please inquire about booking multiple buses if you have a larger group.
Walking Brewery Tours – We generally have a capacity of 12 for our walking tours. We can host larger groups if everyone is in the same party.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
Everybody riding on our buses must be 21 or older.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED?
Tips are not included and are graciously appreciated. 20% gratuity is customary. Our guides go above and beyond to deliver amazing brewery tours in Denver. If you enjoyed the ride, tip your guide!

ARE YOUR BREWERY TOURS FUN FOR COLORADO LOCALS?
Yes, of course it is! You learn the particular backstory to the breweries that we are visiting on the route; at times this story is even told by the head brewer themselves! If this is a brewery you have visited before, you might be able to share your own remembrance of your first draft at “X” brewery and add to the experience for all tour participants! We love having Colorado natives on our tours!
Our brewery tours are a fantastic way to celebrate a local beer lovers birthday or a fun event to share with friends/family in town.
CANCELLATION POLICY?
Bookings must give 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will be charged a $75 fee and no shows or cancellations day of tour receive no refund.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
Now! Denver Brew Tours is tons of fun and the safest way to brewery hop. Our brewery tours tend to book up during the summer months. If you are planning a brew tour from May-September book ASAP!
